Tomato Sauce

I am not sure that I have posted pictures of the tomato sauce in the making, so here you are:

Fresh tomatoes

Blanched tomatoes

Blanched tomatoes cut into halves

Seeds and liquid separated from tomato flesh

Sliced tomato flesh



Due to limitations (four pictures at a time placed by Google Picasa) the third picture was placed differently than the rest of the pictures, hence the size difference. I am too lazy to fix it at this time, sorry.
