If you ever want to loose weight I know a sure-fire way to do so.
I call it the Penang Diet.
Here's what you do.
Move to Penang Island in Malaysia.
Study hard when you arrive for about 2.5 weeks, then get very sick with fever and chills. When you are sick you'll loose your appetite.
Go to the doctor, he will give you some medication, rest and recover.
Now that you're well your stomach has shrunk and you eat a lot less at each meal.
Drink a lot of fluids and continue to eat smaller portions than you previously did.
