Well, moving to Kuala Lumpur has had one effect that is really nice.
I'm losing fat.
Siew has lost a lot of body fat as well.
I know being sick helped me to lose some weight, but I haven't lost weight just from that. The different pace of life in KL has helped me to lose weight, and cooking for ourselves helps us to eat healthier than when we lived with Siew's parents.
I managed to mount, with much effort, my pull-up bar this weekend. Now I can do pull-ups and hang upside down (inversion) to relax/do stomach exercises once again.
At this pace, I may just get back to where I want to be weight and body-fat wise. I'd like to be down to 75-77kg (165-170 pounds) again. Right now I am around 81kg (178 pounds) or so, I think. We do not have a scale for me to weigh myself with here. :-)
