Over the course of this past weekend we had some mandatory, unpaid, training. The first day, Friday, wasn't so bad. The trainer is an Indian woman who wasn't too terrible.
Her English was not perfect, but passable.
The next day we had a different trainer. She is an arrogant bitch.
She has all of these theories in her head because she has a PHD, so she claims anyway, and has done a lot of research or whatever.
First, I want to point out that I have STUDENTS who write AND speak better than this lady.
Second, her theories have no practical backing to help support what she was "teaching."
Her ego is so bloated that she suffocates on the drivel she calls English and enjoys it.
She, combined with the no-pay factor, ruined my weekend. It was a total waste of time and I have a shitty attitude because of that now.
I am trying to compensate and get over it however.
